CEO & Chief Medical Officer

Inventor, Board Certified General Surgeon and Surgeon-Scientist with extensive experience developing devices, combination products, and subsequent clinical trials for FDA regulatory submissions. John has a proven track record of overseeing the development of devices, collection, study, and analysis of patient data for regulatory approval. 90+ published manuscripts and 20+ patents. Well recognized and published expertise in tension pneumothorax and publications have influenced ATLS and TCCC guidelines.

CFO & Chief Investment Officer

Over 30 years of finance experience, including product and business development, government affairs / public policy, trading and investment functions.  Previously worked at Morgan Stanley, UBS and most recently spent 14 years in Fidelity Investments Capital Markets business unit.  Prior life sciences experience includes serving as head of corporate development for a medical technology firm.  Todd earned an AB in Government and Law from Lafayette College and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.

Chief Commercial Officer

An experienced Commercial Leader working 30 plus years in the Medical Device and Biotech industries, Deon brings a proven record of success to Pneumeric Inc.  He has held executive positions with innovative companies such as MyMedic, Codan, B. Braun, and Teleflex where he grew revenue by millions of dollars. Deon’s extensive management background spans over manufacturing operations and production planning, marketing and new business development, as well as implementing effective go-to-market strategies.  Deon has a BS/BA from Youngstown State University.

Chief Operations Officer

Sam is a United States Army veteran with 15+ years of logistical management and operations functions including personnel management, asset control, shipping and receiving, both domestic and international.  He has experience in operations capacity in government acquisitions, international metals industry, commercial manufacturing and in the medical equipment field.  Sam has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration.

VP of Marketing

Anita has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the medical device industry and has held several senior management positions. She has worked with startups and global medical device manufacturers and has been instrumental in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for both clinical, distributor and direct-to-consumer sales growth. Anita is a graduate of the University of Southern Denmark with a BS/BA in international business and languages.
