Over 30 years of finance experience, including product and business development, government affairs / public policy, trading and investment functions. Previously worked at Morgan Stanley, UBS and most recently spent 14 years in Fidelity Investments Capital Markets business unit. Prior life sciences experience includes serving as head of corporate development for a medical technology firm. Todd earned an AB in Government and Law from Lafayette College and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
Sam is a United States Army veteran with 15+ years of logistical management and operations functions including personnel management, asset control, shipping and receiving, both domestic and international. He has experience in operations capacity in government acquisitions, international metals industry, commercial manufacturing and in the medical equipment field. Sam has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration.
